I am looking for a long term employee to drastically improve the traffic and visitors to my websites and thus increase sales and membership. I would prefer to work with an individual or small company, than a large SEO company. I do not have a large budget but if promotion works and websites become more popular and start making me more money then there will be a steady job and pay could be increased in the future. I will require efficient work, good communication (with good if not excellent English). Ability to communicate by email, skype or MSN.
There are 3 separate websites:
www.gofarmer.com – > this does not really need internal SEO as this has been done so I am not looking for anything on the actual webpages to be changed. I need general promotion of the website and associated blog. I can provide regular original content and articles and am able to submit articles to top 10 t0 15 directories already. This is a website aimed at UK farmers and smallholders and people interested in rural way of life. I am looking for new innovative ways to increase aware of the website, get more visitors and make Gofarmer a recognised name and website. I need to increase paid memberships and also traffic to increase paid advertising on the site.
www.thetravelbug.org – this is a website I have personally developed over the last few years about my experiences in Bulgaria. I do not particularly want to change the layout or content of the website as I get very good feedback from visitors. It is already fairly well visited and successful but would like it to rank higher for more competitive keywords relating to Bulgarian property and come within top ten on Google for a number of these keywords but it is quite a competitive niche. And of course with more visitors I will hopefully sell more property. There is a related blog which also requires more visitors.
www.therentalbug.com – this is related to the above site but is purely for my rental properties. Again I require top 10 placements on Google for keywords relating to 'property for rent in Bulgaria' and other promotion to bring more visitors and get tenants.
I already write and submit articles and have tried social bookmarking with these sites. I have custom built twitter pages for both Gofarmer and Thetravelbug and would like to build up twitter followers as well.
Please bid on monthly cost to promote each site or all 3 and PM concise details of what you would intend to do for each site, idea of time frame and ongoing costs. Any bids received without accompanying details or just a few words or copy and pasted message you send out for all similar jobs will be discarded. I do not have hundreds to spend each month, but require a dedicated and trustworthy and loyal person to work with me on all 3 sites (or one or two people on different sites) to really promote these and get them successful.
A little programming know how would also be an advantage.
