Html Form Converted To Flash

I have an HTML form that needs to be converted to a flash file so that all of the variables will get passed correctly. I was able to create a flash form that passed some of the basic variables, but not all of them. (see attached .fla) Here’s the html version… (Jobs: Programming, Flash)
