Fix Bug In File Sharing Page

Hello, I used mini file host to set up my file hosting. It is installed and working. However, the url for the download link is not coming correctly in terms of the url. It is giving the ip instead of the website. Also, files over 10mb are timing out on… (Jobs: Programming, PHP)
